Trust and security

One record, and a seat that only shows what it should.

Every side of an NIL deal reads the same record, but no two seats read it the same way. Access is granted, not assumed. Money the school owes an athlete is a ledger Proslync stays outside of. Every fact carries where it came from, and the whole thing exports as a signed, timestamped file an auditor can hold.

Access control

One record. Each seat sees its own slice.

A deal record is not a shared document everyone can edit. It is one object with a permission boundary at every seat, set by the person the deal belongs to.

  1. 01

    Athlete

    Grants the access

The record belongs to the athlete. An agency or a brand exists on it because the athlete granted access, and that grant is visible on the record and can be withdrawn.

  2. 02

    Agency

    Negotiates, never signs

Full authority to counter, flag, and hold under the access the athlete granted. There is no sign button on the agency seat. The athlete signs, every time.

  3. 03

    Brand

    Proposes under terms

The brand seat proposes campaigns and reads the terms it is party to. It does not see the athlete’s other deals, its own ledger, or the agency’s book.

  4. 04

    AD office

    Inherits the audit

The athletic department reads the deals its athletes are party to, with the review state, the disclosure, and the export attached. It inherits the audit without being able to rewrite the deal.

Two ledgers, never crossed

Proslync stays outside the money it governs.

There are two separate money flows around an NIL deal. Proslync touches one of them and is structurally kept out of the other. That boundary is the design, not a policy that can be relaxed.

Ledger one · Proslync stays outside

School ↔ athlete revenue share

The money a school owes an athlete under the House-era revenue-share framework. Proslync records that this money exists and moved, but is not a party to it, does not custody it, and takes no cut of it. It is the athlete’s ledger, governed by the settlement and school policy.

Source: House v. NCAA settlement approved June 2025; forward revenue sharing in effect; back-damages appeals pending.

Ledger two · the only money Proslync bills

School ↔ Proslync software fee

A department pays Proslync a fee to run deals through the platform. That is the entire commercial relationship. It rides its own ledger, decoupled from the revenue-share cap, so platform economics never sit on the same line as the athlete’s share. Shown as a capability, not a published price.

Provenance

Every fact on the record carries its source.

A number with no origin is a rumor. Proslync source-cards the facts on a deal record, so a reader can see where a figure came from and how fresh it is before they act on it.

  • Source on the figureReach, valuation, and rule references carry the source they were pulled from, not a bare number.
  • Freshness, not just valueEach carded fact shows when it was captured, so a stale figure reads as stale instead of current.
  • Fixture stays labeled as fixtureDemo and illustrative data is marked as such, and never presented as live customer performance.

Audit export

The record leaves as a file you can hold.

When an auditor, a board, or a compliance office asks for the deal, the answer is a signed, timestamped export, not a screen someone has to be walked through. It carries the terms, the disclosure, the review decisions, and the source cards as they stood at export time.

Export contents and signing are described capabilities. The manifest below renders against illustrative demo data, not a live deployment.

What Proslync does not claim

The honest boundaries, stated up front.

Proslync structures the record and keeps the receipts. It does not stand in for the bodies that actually govern eligibility, and it says so on every surface.

No NCAA approval

No affiliation

No legal advice

No automatic clearance

Holds route to named human reviewers. Proslync structures the queue and records the decision; it never claims automatic compliance clearance.

The close

Governance you can inspect before you trust it.

Access is granted per seat. The revenue-share money stays on a ledger Proslync is outside of. Facts carry their source, and the record leaves as a signed file. Read the posture, then read the product.
