01
Community demand
Show why a campaign belongs in a campus market: fan overlap, local affinity, sport calendar, and buying behavior.
Social · Capability of the deal record
Social is where the deal meets the public. A signed deliverable is carried from brief to posted proof on the same record every side reads. And it is where the platform grows next: fans booking athlete moments through the same rails brand money already runs on, shipped one tier at a time.
Reach, on the record
A campaign lives or dies on where the fans actually are. Proslync puts platform reach on the deal record next to deliverables, so the brand sees the fit before the brief goes out, and the proof after it runs.
Proof, on the record
01
Show why a campaign belongs in a campus market: fan overlap, local affinity, sport calendar, and buying behavior.
02
Treat screenshots, URLs, timestamps, and reviewer acceptance as the proof object rather than a loose Slack thread.
03
Brand, agency, and AD office notes stay attached so a social campaign does not disappear after posting.
04
The public deck separates fixture performance from proven customer performance until real evidence is approved.
Activation mechanics
The fan-facing moment is only half the asset. Proslync makes the operational record durable enough for brands, athletes, and ADs to reuse the learning.
Public campaign examples are fixtures until customer evidence is explicitly approved for publication.
Demand signal
The brand or school identifies fan demand, local relevance, and athlete fit before a brief is opened.
Activation brief
The campaign carries deliverables, usage rights, due dates, review owner, and source posture from the first draft.
Athlete execution
Athletes deliver posts, appearances, or content drops with proof URLs and screenshots attached.
Proof-of-performance
Engagement evidence, reviewer notes, and brand acceptance are recorded before the deal is closed.
Community loop
Learning from fan response feeds the next brief, without pretending fixture data is live market proof.
The fan tier, in sequence
The athlete is the platform’s primary user; fans are the demand behind them. Athletes and fans are the ones who create accounts in the app, while brands and agencies work the desktop side. The fan seat ships in deliberate order, and this page is honest about which parts are live and which are next.
Tier 1 · ships first
Fans follow athletes and collect their Cards inside the app. No money moves. This is the tier that launches first.
Shoutouts · piloted
A fan books a short video from an athlete who opted in. Fan payment would move through the same funded, released, paid states as brand money. Piloted before it opens wide.
Group deals · held
Pooled fan funding is specced but deliberately held back on our own compliance analysis, until the rules support it. It ships when it can be defended, not before.
Every fan dollar would land on the same payout record a brand dollar does, with a receipt at each state and the AD office reading the same ledger.
Early access
A social deal that ends at posting is half a record. Here the demand signal, the brief, the approval trail, and the posted proof stay on one object, and the fan layer arrives on those same rails. Social remains a capability of the deal record, not a fifth side.
